Let’s talk about the queen of Halloween 👻🎃❄️
#1 shoutout to Ms. Alix Earle for being this week’s baddie in the Gen-Z halloween world. She ATE with her look as Jadis the White Witch, from 'The Chronicles of Narnia' at Heidi Klum’s epic annual Halloween party.
Here’s her GRWM: Alix Earle Gets Ready for Heidi Klum's Halloween Party
Speaking of Heidi Klum, her outfit for her party was so iconic as a peacock. SHE CAN GET ITTT.
As I went down memory lane to look Heidi Klum’s past looks, I do have to take a moment for THIS LOOK from her 2022 party. The worm look is so unbelievably iconic and well-executed, I was honestly surprised no one had re-created it this year. If you guys haven’t seen this interview of her on the floor, trust me, you do not want to miss it. This truly is the Halloween look of the decade.

De-Influenced: TikTok Viral Leather Tote Bag
First things first, we are on a mission to de-influence Gen-Z. With the rise of tiktok shop and fast fashion companies like Temu, there's an uptick in low-quality mass production, and that is just not the vibes. The IT girl is all about being classy and investing in minimal, long-lasting products bc the girls that get it, get it.
If you’ve seen this tote bag on TikTok shop, we are here to de-influence you today. Yeah, it’s cute and it fits a lot, but the girlies who are keeping it real have shed light on the not-so-great qualities of the bag that most of the influencers have been quiet about. Firstly, the bag seems to have a chemically odor or dog poop odor which does NOT go away after machine washing it. Second, the straps are smaller in person, so the bag keeps sliding off your arm which is so inconvenient if you’re actually working and walking to places with it. Overall, the quality, the structure and the smell seem extremely sketchy so it’s a✨NO✨ from us. Save your 💵 ladies.

Lets talk Tech, and what’s been on in the world 💻📰
We’re all talking about ChatGPT, so this week’s Tech Baddie:
Mira Murati - Chief Technical Officer of OpenAI
Mira Murati, the young CTO of Open AI, the organization behind Chat-GPT Thinks AI Should Be Regulated. This is what she quoted in her latest interview -
“This is a unique moment in time where we do have agency in how it shapes society. And it goes both ways: the technology shapes us and we shape it. There are a lot of hard problems to figure out. How do you get the model to do the thing that you want it to do, and how you make sure it’s aligned with human intention and ultimately in service of humanity? There are also a ton of questions around societal impact, and there are a lot of ethical and philosophical questions that we need to consider. And it’s important that we bring in different voices, like philosophers, social scientists, artists, and people from the humanities.”
